BED & GEAR
The bed and its gear is oil-bathed with hi-grade lubricant oil, so that the machine operates smoothly with low noise and the gear is sustainable and less-wear;
Reasonable drive system with v-belt and timing belt ensures correct transmission and provides overload protection. Imported one-way clutch bearing ensures accurate transmission and prevents reverse rotate of machine effectively;
Cylinder and dial is durable as they are made of special alloy under precision processing and heat treat;
All cams are made of Japanese alloy die steel and process by CNC under CAD/CAM and heat -treatment. The process guarantees the correct dimension of needle track with smooth face, great hardness and wear-proof, in order to fulfill the various requirements of materials and knitting methods;
