1. Delivery time:
Around 45 days after receiving the deposit before the shipment. Please contact us for the exact delivery time.
2. Installation and commissioning:
The seller is responsible for the installation and training. The buyer should cover the all of expense for the sellers engineers, such as air-tickets, accommodation, and medical expense and local traffic charges in Buyers side. Besides, the buyer should do his best to cooperate in installation, supply the enough labors and tools, necessary accessory with them.
One engineer will be dispatched to the buyer place to work free for two weeks, for installing and training.
The training charge is free for two weeks, if the buyer needed to extend the training time, he must pay for the engineer as allowance.
3. Guarantee period and maintenance:
Seller guarantees that the equipment is accordance with the function and requirement without manufacturing defects. The guarantee period is one year after the installation and adjustment.
Buyer is responsible for the costs including maintenance and spare parts if the equipment damage is caused by the buyers improper use, not caused by the sellers design and manufacturing.
4. Packing and marking:
The machines are packed in wooden cases; all packing should protect the goods avoiding atmospheric influences.
