The fiber-coupled semiconductor laser robot flexible manufacturing complete sets of equipment is a large integrated equipment combined with Optical, mechanical and electrical and cooling, and material processing technology. The complete set of equipment is composed by the original imported German LASERLINE fiber coupled laser diode, laser light guiding system (feeding fiber,laser head), laser chiller, six axis linkage KUKA robot, laser processing machine tools, integrated control systems, coaxial powder feeding system, etc, equipped with repair laser quenching, laser cladding, laser alloying, and other functions.

Light Guiding System
The function of light guiding system is to transmit the produced laser beam to laser head, make it finally working on the work piece surface. Light system, including optical fiber, laser head and so on,laser head fixed on the sixth shaft of the robot.
2.1 Feeding fiber: During the laser processing, through the optical fiber, laser will be transferred to the cladding head. The system use LASERLING special conductive fiber. Conductive fiber is equipped with standard connectors, can change with different processing head quickly, easy to dis-assembly and assembly.The fiber has perfect self-protection function during energy transmission; .Specifications are as follows: LLK-D type , core diameter 600 um, length 20 m.
2.2.Optical head: the optical head will conduct a laser beam to the surface for laser cladding or heat treatment (quenching) processing. System is equipped with two sets of laser head: laser cladding head choose imported Laserline, spot size for Ф 3 mm; laser heat treatment (quenching) head choose AK390 type,with one piece inclined mirror reflector and one piece integral mirror, the spot size is 22 mm * 3 mm.

Robot (model: KUKA30-3)
Choose German KUKA KUKA30-3 type, six axis robot produced by our company. The robot movement is with high precision, pragmatic wrist is appropriate, fully meeting the requirements of laser cladding repairing. Robot is mainly used for clamping head of cladding, and drives the laser optical head and robot slider move cooperatively, in order to realize the final processing needs. The specific parameters are as follows:

Three five-axis linkage CNC laser machine:
Using cantilever flying light path movement form, light path are X, Y, Z three-axis linear motion function, can drive the semiconductor laser source to do three-dimensional exercise.  There is a horizontal axis of the C axis on working table, can drive the workpiece to rotate. For the convenience of different length of specification of workpiece clamping, tailstock thimble adopts servo motor drive to move along the workpiece axis. X, Y and Z axis and the horizontal axis C axis, the tailstock thimble lateral movement X1 axis, five axis totally. The X, Y, Z, and C axis constitute any triaxial linkage machining system.
